- US ORDERS 

• You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange.
• Exchanges are free.
• Refunds cost $11.95 — unless you add Free Returns + Package Protection* at checkout (then it’s free).
• Items must be returned unworn, with tags and the hygienic liner attached.
• The return policy for sale items will be stated on the style page, in the cart, and at checkout.

- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Placed before 5/5/2026. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
• Placed after 5/5/2026. Returns are subject to a $25 return fee unless Free Returns +
• Package Protection* was added at checkout (then it is free).
• International orders are not eligible for exchange.
• Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If purchased at checkout, your $11.95 return fee is waived.
This coverage does not override final sale or other store policies. Claims for missing, lost, or stolen packages must be submitted through the Seel Resolution Center.

SALE ITEMS

• Items discounted 35%–49% are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Some exclusions apply- and will specifically be noted at tiem of purchase.
• Items discounted by 50% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Price adjustments are available within 48 hours of purchase.
• If a price adjustment changes the discount to 50% off or more, the order becomes FINAL SALE.
• Store credit expires one (1) year from the issue date.
